The game of golf is re-defined at Innisbrook

What's the biggest complaint from golfers? The game takes too long to play. And when it does play shorter time-wise, it loses its challenge. Innisbrook Golf Course, located just off Highway 400 on the south side of Barrie, less than an hour from just about anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, has an answer that will likely become the true future of the game. Measuring more than 4,500 yards and playing to a par of 64, this Steve Young design will allow you to pull out the big syicks often, while also testing your short game. The well-conditioned, challenging layout has 8 exciting par 4s ranging from 370 yards to a couple of driveable ones, and a 500 yard plus par 5 mixed in with nine testing par 3s. The strategic bunkering and elevation changes of over 100 feet along with the oversized greens are a stark departure from the short courses you may have experienced in the past. You'll use all of your clubs at Innisbrook, and it's a great place to tune-up your game or teach it to someone special. But the big advantage is time, Even if you walk, you'll likely play at least a half hour quicker than at other courses, maybe even faster! All the fun in less time, what's not to love? Especially for the small and larger group outings that love Innisbrook's convenience. You won't spend all day at the golf course (unless you really want to) and can easily fit a round into your business day, or knock off early and join the family for a stress-free round.
