Melloul-Blamey Construction was founded in 1982 by Bernard Melloul and David Blamey, who remain President and Vice-President respectively. Today they each spearhead a different branch of the company while remaining in close contact to maintain the overall philosophy and drive. Melloul oversees Canadian operations while Blamey is in South Carolina directing the American arm of the Company.
